Anybody who insinuates that Akinyi never invested on their relationship is out of their frickin mind. Let me tell you this,'In between akinyis two beautiful legs,there is a fertile 50 acre farm.' What I gather is that Akinyi invested in that farm. She hired it to Chineda at a fee. Chinedu in return ploughed it with a 'Fake Nigerian made PENISTAR Tractor,then harrowed it using a Japanese model 'KBOTA' Tractor,and plantedthe whole farm with Genetically modified PENZI seedlings. He then brought some 'Piping System' for Irrigating that Farm. He even set office and House around the Farm.
Chineda Continued to Plaugh the farm year in year out,sometimes not even Fertilizing it,to a point it was almost becoming 'unfertile.' Now that Chinedu has gotten enough benefit from the Farm and has decided to go invest somewhere else,isn't it right for Akinyi to get some compensation. He can carry back all that Piping system,if he wants to,but the small hut he put up with a safe inside,must remain behind as well as the office and all the other buildings and any other thing thereoff. These will be used to further tender the Farm,so that it retains its lasture and greenness.
In future Akinyi,can negotiate and enter into another Contract with a Young Investor who will be ready to put his money where his mouth is. To me I think the farm only needs an energetic young man to apply more white Fertilizer and a bit of irrigation and that Farm will be up and running again.
So can somebody tell Chinedu that when he goes investing in Farmlands in foreign countries,he has to be friendly with the farm owners,whom he signs contracts with,that is if he wants to plough the farm for life. Else,Chinedu must realize that if the investment goes sour,then the buildings and property,such as 'KBOTA TRACTORS' remains with the farm owner. So can he stop bothering Akinyi with her Farm. Other Investors are standing by waiting to invest their money in the farm. Had he ploughed the farm with 'Tenda Care' nothing could have gone wrong. Ama?
