Some notes on the ruling ( yes I have bothered to read it):
1. Secession is not a concept contemplated by the constitution as it only contemplates addition to the country - an amendment via a referendum involving the whole country need to be made to the constitution for it;
2. The state is free to freshly ban the organization if it has and gives reasons which are satisfactory;
3. In the event MRC deals in illegal activities the state can deal with it under the law, and yes that would include banning it by giving satisfactory reasons as above.
