(i) Primary Speculation buy plots and sale at a
higher price at a later date.

(ii) Investment:- Buy plot to develop or buy
completed house for rental
income.

(iii) Secondary Speculation :- Buy a house and
develoip or buy a completed house for the
purpose of selling the house at a later
date with a markup.

(iv) Hybrid Approach:- Buy a plot and develop or
buy a completed house , use for investment
for a few years (2 to 5) and then offer for
sale at a premium.

(vi) Wholesale Approach:- Buy large acres of land,
develop to housing units and place on offer
for sale.

Each of the option(s) have its own pros and cons
but majority of real estate investors cling to (i)

Research has shown that there are superior returns on options (iii) and (iv) on the long term.

Karibu Sana @Horton.
Unfortunately I am out of town to Accra on a biz trip
You can send your email to me by text (if you dont mind ) to my Accra line +233 543901129.
My Nigerian line that has roaming facility is +234 8172888303

You will encounter a lot of traffic in VI lagos because the third mainland bridge that connect mainland to island lagos is partially closed for repairs from 7th July to 6th November, so do try to do all you biz at Island and ensure to depart in time early enough to catch up your flight in MMA Ikeja.

Real estate is now become one of the beneficial business. There are lots of property management companies. Oakwood Property management also provide information about the property and maintenance and these are also the business term of property.

with the introduction of REIT, then you can add that to the above list.

A friend is thinking of buying one of the SURAYA SUCASA properties on Mombasa road.

She is worried that the property may not turn out to be as good as it is advertised on paper.

She has been told that many developers use substandard material as work progresses to cut on costs. The final product ends up shoddy.

Question is if SURAYA properties are as good as they are advertised. Has any one bought from them? do they keep their word?
Life is short. Live passionately.
