@ Marty.....The problem with L'pool is not the managers they appoint but the players they've signed over the years. Its only Man City and Chelsea who have spent more than them over the last 5 years or so but apart from Suarez who else has really stepped up for L'pool.....Look at their current squad its full of average British players.

Yes and No. I agree those expensive overrated British players have been a let down. But then if you look at a player like Caroll, when he was at Newcastle he was really good. Did he become a poor player overnight, or the managers did not get the best out of him?
