Miguna says book 2 and 3 on the way, anyone with the guts to take him to court over the allegations should hurriedly do so he is so ready for him/her. He also says he possess the 41 against 1 strategy that was used for the 2007 elections now Muite wants RAO to come clear if he was aware the strategy. did anyone catch Miguna's interview on NTV last night with Linda Ogutu at 9PM? it was explosive! he basically claimed to have evidence to back up everything he talks about especially on corruption in the PM's office. he even claims he has info that could send more people to the ICC! he even claimed to have met ICC investigators but didnt want to give details. to me it sounded like a subtle threat, to anyone who may want to harm him. someone should upload it on youtube

This is a tricky one for ODM, take him to court and he unleashes more dirt, ignore him and you also give credence to what he is saying since it will seem you have finally been cornered. Knowing OAR he will say something sooner or later. I gotta give MM some credit, he is smart. I also agree he is bitter and angry, but focusing on him is missing the point by a long shot. What we should be focusing on is the message.

You say the book will land him i court then again say that FORA and RAO should do nothing. The reason why none of those mentioned has spoken to say anything is because the allegations are true and 1. They would want to read the book and verify if there is anything that is really incriminating them. 2. They believe that if they decide to get muddy and threaten to go to court they in turn may end up more dirtier. Raila's Image is already dented. The sycophants who would die for him (eg those we saw with placards testifying the way they worship him) will ofcourse remain with him, but those who thought and believed that the man was clean...those with morals and cant stand any pretense are gone. Does this mean that Raila participated in the killing,forceful evacuations and persecution of Kenyans??.....Ha!!...He should come out clean but as expected,he is going into hiding in the orients for 10 days,hoping he comes back when all has cooled.....I won't be surprised if someone enjoins him with UK and WSR in the case to determine their fitness to run this country.Pepsi-Cola and nuts pliz! @murchr, i am not contradicting myself. Raila should ignore Magunia kabisa. Or maybe dismiss him like Muite dismissed Manduli-falling under McNaughtens rules. Fighting such a resilient, arrogant guy can be disastrous. On the other hand, he has insulted so many other people-see the Sunday Nation for a summary. He repeatedly calls Isahakia a thief(even on Capital FM). I do not see him escaping libel proceedings.

He claims that 41 against 1 strategy was an official ODM campaign strategy. Which is why av always believed ODM could not have been popular without spreading hatred against Kikuyus.
