Quote:“My instructions right now are to ask the government of Kenya to intercede on behalf of these Kenyans, but will they? Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs intercede on behalf of the three Kenyans to ask the US for further information, for clarification on these freezing orders of assets that are non existent?” the lawyer said. I agree that “ The government of Kenya has allowed itself to be treated as if it were not an equal sovereign State!"

@robinhood, Terroriam is somthing totally different.
What is definition of terrorism? No one can make their own definition of terrorism, because definition does not change from day to day, from time to time, from place to place. An apple is apple in China, and it does not become an orange in America.
And a president of US or a president of Europe or Australia or any country does not change the name of terrorism or the meaning of it because of his idea. It's a definition and according to the language, it has to remain as definition.
So if you go to any English dictionary, and see what is the definition of terrorism. Not the definition that just came 70 years ago, or 20 years ago, not the definition that the Americans or British or Australians give. Not a special definition. No. And pay attention, and after you check the definition, we are going to speak about some actions which have been done in the last 200 hundred years since this definition was made.
Terrorism: The act of protracted or spontanious inflicting, of systematic attacks, and assaults and intrusion upon individuals and places within human populaiton with the purpose of instilling fear trumour.
I want to engage you a bit historically if you want.
1. Do you remember the invasion of South America by Spanish and Portugese in 18th century? - They slaughtered, systematically, distablised and eliminated 56,000,000 (56M) people in order to take control of that continent. - And they are still holding that continent until today. - How did they do it?
2. ...Coming...

history continued...
2. After Christopher Columbus came back, and claimed that land for his Spanish King Fardinand & wife Isabela, they sent more ships. And within 150 years, they distablished, masacred, killed, liquidated, eliminated, 89,000,000 (89M) native Indians (as they call them) to take control of what they call the new world. And what did they do? They inflicted systematic attacks and assaults, with their weapons and their ships, within human population. And what do you call this?
4. Move on to the land called Africa Those who had occupied America, knew that their own people, their own population could not do the work necessary to build up that country. They needed another workforce. And so along with the British, and the Dutch, and the French, and the Spanish, the Americans Concocted a deal. They said: let's make boats, whiskey and guns and we can barter and trade and we can go to Africa and take those dark skin, black heathen. Put them in boats, bring them to Europe, to America in what was called the triangle trade.
And so for 400 years, they willfully trafficked human cargo, and they took from Africa 180,000,000 (180M) people.
Like dogs and rats, putting them in the bottom of ships, and keeping them there for 3 or 4 months for that triangle trade to complete.
Look here: 23 out of 100 of those slaves inside the ship would survive. So they made sure that the cost of those 23 slaves would pay for the whole shipment! Where did the other 77 slaves wind up? In the graveyard of the Atlantic Ocean.
So you take 70% of 180M over 400 years and they are all there in the bottom of the Atlantic. Cool 126 M! The other 23% were put in between Caribean and America.
5. coming...

Here is where the new masters teach you what happens to difficult slaves. An example was made, sometimes using apregnant woman suspended from a tree. The white man would cut open her stomach and stomp the unborn baby --just to show you who's boss. This may cut the number to 30. (Read: From Slavery to Freedom, J H Franklin) TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

Not done yet. In the West Indies especially, it was considered to be more economic to import new slaves than to prolong the lives of those already in residence. Thus, of the 30, often 80% were dead from disease, malnutrition and simply being worked to deathwithin five years. (Read: C Columbus & the African Holcoaust by J H Clarke) If you still question the 100 million dead figure, just do the math yourself. We startedwith 300 people. 100 left the village. 50 got on the boat. 35landed in America. 6 were alive five years later. These are my estimates based on my reading of various authors. However, no one can dispute the numbers in the almanac. Where are the missing people????? The answer is simple: they were murdered directly or indirectly at the hands of the European and Arab slavers and their African lackeys (yes, Africans were participants). My guide at Elmina castle told me that for every African captive that reached the coastfor transshipment, 12-15 people died in the wars, resultant starvation and the trek to the shore. If this is true, you can take the modestestimates of Newsweek saying 13 million left Africa, add 20% who did not survive the slave forts, the result yields about 15 million. Multiply that by 12 and you get 180 million lost. TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

For every 100 healthy survivors of a raid on a village, you can bet that 200 were leftdead or maimed for life. Remember, no one volunteered for slavery. We fought bitter fratricidal wars with each other to generate slave captives. (Read: Before the Mayflower by Lerone Bennet, Jr.) Of that 100 captives, on average only 70 made it to the coast. Many died along the way. Some brokenhearted, some suicides, some just physically unable to make the trip. Imagine, if someone capturedyou, killed your family and told you to march 400+ miles from Los Angeles to San Francisco. Many of you would die too! Many of the weaker or wounded captives would be viciously shot as stragglers just to convince the strong to march on. Of the 70 reaching the slave prison on the coast, maybe 50lived to board the slave ship. TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

@Simonkabz, the numbers are not only scaring but... And what was that definition again? The act of inflicting, of systematic attacks, and assaults upon individuals and places within human population with the purpose of instilling fear and tremor: TERRORISM.
