If Puma decides to walk out of the deal, what are the consequences?

Back to biz as usual. What else. Look for another buyer too. Ofcourse the stock will be hammered in the short run. If people aren't open to this outcome too, I will say it again sell the stock and move on.

In my opinion, KK should be trading at a range of 16 without PUMA. So if PUMA walks out of the deal, the drop shouldnt be so much, possibly to around 13.

Sources privy to the transaction revealed that the majority shareholders, estimated to own about 70 per cent of the firm, had agreed to cede their shares to Puma Energy while minority shareholders would have no option but to sell their stakes at an agreed price.
