we are used to hearing long sentences passed on to these guys.
Compared to the crimes committed? 14 is nothing.
But Ocampo promised to plead for reduction of sentence on condition that he apologises.sthing like that.

Ni kidogo sana. Someone correct me, I think they get to serve only 3/4 of sentence if they maintain good behavior. That makes it 10 yrs

14 years is a joke!!!!!!!
You can be jailed for 14 years if arrested with a muthogoto of mbangi if the is judge in a foul mood. Ridiculous.
