Must you finish the house like now?Cant you wait until your fixed deposit matures?
This is not an emergency if you ask me, unless you are currently staying in a mole hole in Dandora!
Shame on you

I am already paying a loan and have paid 1 year only. 200K is in a fixed account and maturity is next year. Got a unit-linked policy with premiums paid for almost 6 years. What options do i have now that i need to complete that house i started building.

How did the 200k end up in a fixed account. You took a load then u holed 200k in a fixed deposit where u get less than the interest you paying for the loan

@bigbossman, It’s not an emergency and can surely wait until next year; you don’t have to overstretch your limits after all its less than 6 months to that year.
As QW notes - live and invest within your means, plan and manage your cash flows -have a BUDGET.

The 200k did not come from the loan, it was actually part of my savings which i kept in a fixed account before this rush to live in my own house came.

Why do you want to have your cake and also eat it? Just liquidate the 200k and bear the penalty. Alternatively do a top-up loan on top of the existing facility.
