I did adviced people here to sell KPLC but many ignored and others even went to the extend of telling me how to write my comments NOT to use caps.

I want to who sold his KPLC over 24/-??? (the price they thought would go over it).

This time I am advicing my friends here on the forward to KENOL.

My broker sugested at the beginning of the deal talks that shareholders will be paid 20/-

I am saying I DON'T THINK SO!

Best price 17/- or below (at the moment).

Trade with caution.

The initial court order led to the stock being hammered by the market. Will the opposite transpire kesho? Tupatane 9.30

We await final announcement from KK before the stock shoots! When they tell us the price has been agreed at KES 24 a piece..

Nothing new in the article. It is poorly written & just done to fill space & sell more copies! The 70% s/holders will 'cede' [which could be sell or get a piece of Puma] their shares to Puma. It is all good as long as the 30% get a fair price!
Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

BD needs to hire business writers or retrain those they have. As VVS says, the article has nothing new.

Is it not simpler to just await KK to tell us the true position? If people are getting nervous then sell the stock and move on.

I basing my selling price to the information I am having, that tells me Puma are buying at 20 from the majority shareholders but again after the finalization somewhere next month, the minority will be bought out through "general" this means you can not opt "NOT TO SELL".

Obviously at the current market prices it shows you what the figure will be given by Puma.

Like any shopper they will ask for discount of that 20/- now the question is at what discount would you ask for your purchases worth OVER 5billion??? (from the purchase of minority).
Sound that I love most: Is the ringing bell of Stock Market.

Yaser.. you seem to propagate the idea that minority shareholders have no option but to sell at whatever price Puma will decide even if its 1 shilling... could you please come out of the big chair and refer to the law read it slowly and carefully see what it says about the offer price for minority and majority shareholders in buyouts.
Then read it further you might see a statement that says you have a choice to sell or keep...
