Just from an event by Access Kenya who are taking the lead in implementing the Intelligent buildings concept or smart cities. In brief the concept is Fibre To The Premises(FTTP) combines and delivers voice, TV, Intercom, CCTV, fire alarms,Data,Light Control and basically building management. I know most of us here are property investors and developers. Access Kenya now has a 4weeks offer to you developers & investors for free but with some terms and conditions. Like the Building has to be 4 floors and above, within a vicinity of Access Kenya Fibre. I shall share in details as soon as they email me the presentation. Your tenants will get free access for the 4 weeks a full year connection to the building management office and more.

-Free Cost of Termination(CoT) of Fibre
