i think it is a good idea because we need to start planning. Houses should be in order that provide security and privacy, roads should be wide enough to accomodate services. I think in every town whether small or big should have high and low density areas also areas for farming to provide locally cheap food

Guys advertise for serviced plots then you find there is no sewage, no roads, no nothing! This has to end
