labour contract in nairobi construction

i am planning to build flats and supply material myself.
However i want to give the labor contract (labor and plant) to a company. In Nairobi how much
does one expect to pay per meter square in a labor contract to build a structure as a general rule of thumb?
it has a plinth area of around 2000 meter squares.
I had my driveway paved in cabro and labor contract was about 200 ksh per meter square.

Any info will be appreciated

Have heard its between 20-30% of the cost of materials depending on the quality of work you require. Your architect can advise you on this.

it depends on where, i think it is better to go for the one who has done other houses nearby

what are your estimates cost for the flats?

Its roughly 30% of the cost of superficial flr area. Eg, if the cost per square metre is 100/= then on average 70/= of this goes to materials and 30/= goes to labour
