@digitek1 the musicians families.

Who stands to gain most - Their lawyers.

I'm happy to see wako mbele. They should let the rest of us Kenyans move on as they deal with their law suits. Ili wajue, "kikuyus" will not pay their lawyers fees or picket. In fact, by the end of this thread, we would have forgotten about them.

I am waiting with abated breath on how UK they were praising in their songs is going to pay their lawyers and ultimately intercede for then to be freed.

The same guys defending these musicians are the same fellows who accused Mr. Sang of KASS FM of incitement. The same who rejoiced when the short fellow was indicted, and the same who felt that 'madoadoa' meant Kikuyu's during the PEV. I wonder what converted them, or is it the fact that the boot is in the other foot? Is Madoadoa any different from 'Hiti/Fisi?'

"The Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) has come to the defense of the musicians saying that NCIC should not go into harassing the Musicians but should translate the songs first and involve the artists so that no party is left out."

Involve the musicians in doing what exactly? Is any of the songs' copyrights threatened?
