Tiles and carpet centre have a clearance sale every mid year.....but i learnt clearance in their case does not only mean clearing their old stock,but also cleaning your pockets.Don't believe that 50% upuzi!

I once fell for such a gimmick from Leather House they had a promotion dubbed 'CLOSING DOWN OFFER'They were selling shoes at throw away prices...I thought they were closing the shop..I bought a very expensive shoe which had a 'discount price' only for it to crack its sole the same day..The shop did not close and they still use that gimmick in the paper.

Wawaa!! I passed there on Sato at around 11am and there was a traffic jam at Parkside caused by people going to Tile & Carpet.

Thats a big shame.

My wife was adamant we go for the 'sale' at tile & carpet on sato. i know the trick and therefore i was not for it. i had to organise for my ATM to be swallowed - you need to learn the trick if you have ever worked for a bank. That saved me alot.

I wonder why people never learn and the conman sales are there year in year out; tile and carpet, house of leather, et all
