the phrase has ' either or both' but this is Kenya and the 1 million is upto so he can be fined less something like 50k.

if you do a word for word translation the meaning gets lost, coz they have used a lot of sayings and religious connotations (actually they are heavily based on religion and politics) so interpreting the same is a bit muddy.

I don't think there is much in the songs, just some guys trying to make some extra cash.

I think Kibunja and his team are just toothless lions and they have done nothing, don't do anything and will never do anything to anyone anyhow.

If they still want to wait for the "official" interpretation of the songs, then exactly what do they do in those offices other than get free tax payer money.

It was on youtube even mzungus are commenting on the three songs. Arrest them, then let them go tetea themselves mbele.

But Mzalendo Kibunja and his smile are still "investigating". Their very presence in those offices is hate speech.

Hate speech in every sense of the word. Those with a soft spot for UK appear to be making all manner of skewed interpretations. Like I said, I always felt time would catch up with them. @Lolest, the ones you mention are not. The CONTEXT is totally different. Saddest thing is, Muigai is a gospel musician!

I think the real Kenyans have moved on,these songs potray those who havent .Its very sad that any of us can think like this after what the nation went through.

I think they should be prosecuted and jailed ili iwe funzo.
It is sad that such prominent musicians would sink this low. Why couldn't they sing songs that talk to voters to elect who they think is great?
