KK is a good business as a going concern,the takeover just an icing on the cake.Below my buying price cap i will do a nice top up.

IMHO, the employees are fighting a losing battle. Better to put your hope in your own abilities rather than some employer somewhere.
Times are really changing. The days of permanent & pensionable employees are coming to an end!

I wish the 10% rule had been lifted today, i buy at an irrational price, before rationality resumes. Anyway may still get that opportunity. I see an out of court settlement personally, it is an internal matter after all, if the principals really want this they'll solve it.
