上海 Shenua 德罗巴标志

Translation

Drogba signs for Shanghai Shenua

他将使大约 200000 元

Translation

He will be making approximately £200,000/=

Not bad for a pensioner!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Look at the age my friend!!! You sign Van Persie and at the end of the contract you have two unpalatable options - keep him on the payroll while he can no longer perform at the highest level or let him leave on a free transfer.

Phil Jones is 20. that means 9 years of service before he can get to Van Persie's age. And if you are a selling team like Arsenal, he might actually give you five years of service and still sell him at a profit.

You also look at the salary you will pay the individual. You can't spend big money on Van Persie, pay him £200,000+ per week and then have him leave on a free transfer in four years. You have to balance transfer fees and wages.

It's called the business end of football my friend!!!

By the way, Mr Zhu, the owner of Shangai Shenua sometimes plays for the team himself!

Come srowre my friend

That article was simply meant to emphasize the fact that RvP's perceived value has significantly dwindled after the appaling performance by the Dutch. All of a sudden, only Juve want him for 24M pounds, according to "reports."

It looks more than likely that he'll stick in Arsenal and have to accept that generous offer of 130k pounds per week. For a guy I can bet will not repeat the season he just had with the gooners, that's a bargain!

To answer your question, RvP is better than Andy Carrol on any given Sunday, but RvP is 6 years older than Carrol.

Podolski = Pensioner ( I would rather you would have signed Drogba on a
free and pay him 200k Sterling. 2-3 yrs he would still
be a cheaper and a way better and meaty option)

Rovin V Perfect = Burnt out, hopefully he gets 2-3 months rest. First time the chap has played a complete season in the premier league perhaps

Giroud = Great buy

Yet to buy = A steely midfielder and a creative one and a central defender

Podolski is a pensioner at 27 years old?

@Kausha, What are you talking about Podolski is 27 yrs old....just 4 months older than Rooney. He scored 18 goals and 7 assists in a team that was relegated. He was also voted the best young player in the 2006 WC. I think he's way better than RVP.....have you seen the kind of goals he's scored for club and country?

We already have TV5, Kosc and Per at the back. They are all good players all they need is a good defensive coach......probably thats why Steve Bould is the new Arsenal no. 2. What we need now is a defensive midfielder, Yann M'Villa or Biglia should be our next target. It would be nice to get another AM but i believe Wilshere, Ox, Arteta, Ramsey, Rosicky, Gervinho and co can get the job done.

A strikers role is to score goals. In the last 2 seasons he has gotten into double digits in the bundesliga though in a poor team so how is his football over?

@Kingfisher......definitely not Chelsea, RVP alone was enough to do the job there.

Pogba gone! According to SAF the Lad signed for Juventus a long time ago. No wonder they stopped playing him.
