If Kibaki is resolute, this constitution will not be mutilated. If he keeps rejecting the bills, the MPigs will get the point! And they will not want to be seen to be fighting the president over the [mutilation of the] constitution. And Kibaki doesn't have much to lose.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
