Just got this email:::::Today,a case of H1N1 has been confirmed by the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation. The case is of a British Citizen who recently arrived in Kenya. There is no need for alarm,as the disease is mild and this is an isolated case, likely imported into the country.
Stay at home if unwell with fever, sore throat or flu-like symptoms.
Practice good personal hygiene, with frequent hand washing and covering of coughs and sneezes with your inner elbow or a handkerchief.
