Saitoti and Ojode jumped out of their plane, broke their legs and baked to death coz they were unable to move, yet their bodyguards, who were trained commandoes, died belted on their seats! Why? Were the four police officers conscious when the crash happened? If No, what made them unconscious? ask yourselself how it was possible for the bodyguards to be strapped in their seatbelts while the bulky men tried to jump or even move a few meters from the crash.
If there was a seventh person, was he equipped and prepared to jump off, and he did? Which then made Ojode and Saitoti to jump after him? Because seriously who opened the door for kina Saitoti to jump if all four cops didnt move? With a missing gun and all four cops stuck on their seats, somebody else must have moved! I suspect four chais at the airport, a 'sober' seventh person, and jumping equipment! End of my hypothesis!

What happened to the second bodyguard's gun? It was never recovered! Was there a seventh person in the plane? Where is he/she?

Why was the pilot changed last minute? Why was the pilot being told at Dam Busters club the night before the flight that a repair was being done, yet she had done a flight test and parked the plane, ready for the next day? More questions than answers!

Saitoti family angry with crash probe
http://www.standardmedia...angry-with--crash-probe

Was the family unhappy with the slow pace of the Goldenberg inquiry. It is good that everybody is learning how Kenya works. What goes around comes around!

@Mc Dobba I support your hypothesis and there seems that the more we ask the less we hear and the more there is to know. Sample this:

...... Loss of evidence at the scene of crash due to corrosion, human activity, rain, and factors such as debris loss to human activity (stealing the metal and selling it as scrap, displacement of electronic debris, and possibly tampering by interested parties.). These factors will shield any progress in the investigation leaving the investigators without vital leads and crucial evidence to the case.
........ Another problem would be failed timely disclosure of security arrangements and situation before and after the helicopter crash at the hangar, it was stored. Currently collaborated alibi’s cannot be retracted hence they are official.
In the event of an assassination having been executed, the planning and execution cannot be verified after the manifestation of all above scenarios. Secondly, the initial planning of such an assassination involved secret access to Saioti’s diary, a critical analysis/study of his routines, his security, behavior of his security and their routine. The planners also critically analyzed his diary, chose the dates for the hit with a day after thorough use of the helicopter by the police as ideal time. They were sure of the pilots diary as well and opted this day since she was scheduled for a family get-together, hence a recall to duty would psychologically deplete her ego and compromise her capacity hence further increase the risk aspect and the success ratio.
This matrix will be impossible to fill for the mentioned scenarios have wiped all possibilities of retracing events that can shed light to the causative agent.

MOre question marks?????????????? now speculation begins.
