Compact is USD30, not USD28 w.e.f April 2012. Received snail mail stating so.

this people know how to abuse monopoly . they are giving stiff competition to kplc in that area !

Very disappointed that they never even sent me an sms to inform me that the charges had gone up marginally from what I've been paying, or that the money i sent wasn't enough. How was i supposed to know? Talk of customer service.....or lack of it.
