@Sheri: If you could kindly assist with the contacts of the wazees, holla at knjinu@gmail dot com. also ask your old lady if she is selling n how much.

@Eddie: i still anxiously wait for your further communication on the plots. do they have 1/2 acres and for how much? n by the way yes banks will fund u to buy the plot especially if it has a title already. you wil simply charge the plot you are buying to the bank and so the transfer to yourself is registered simultaneously with the bank's charge.

@knjinu I will confirm the price and time. As for wazee's she is always at the know who is selling I will try to get the deatils for you . The plot measures 0.5 ha. What i know is that the prices are appreciating fast since an organisation with vast interest in academics and health bought a big piece of land there so guys are anticipating alot of development soon.

@eddie........there is a 128 acre piece of land at the exact place you have just described.......it belonged to Kiarie wa Njoki and after his demise SCB has been trying to sell the same to recover a loan that was charged on this property..........some kiambu wazees approached the bank and offered to get enough guys thru subscription to raise the amount and buy it off but were unable to........so the bank sought another buyer and Mhasibu Coop Sacco came calling..........if that's the land you are talking about and same wazees then chunga maisha.......you had better talk to mhasibu instead,otherwise..............

Does Mhasibu Coop still have the plots for sale? How much were they selling them for? I can't get much information from their website.
