Maisha bora sacco plots - Katani

Am told they are selling plots within katani as follows:

1/8 = 300k
1/4 = 550k
1/2 = 875k

(to both members and non members)

i have no more details but you can enquire from them. anybody dealt with them before???

I stand to be corrected ...a month ago i made enquiries about katani plots and was reliably informed there is a freeze on land transactions in that area.This is because of the scandals that happened in that area not so long ago...

Sad I bought plots at Katani with the then KITENGELA URBAN DEVELOPMENT that was located at jubilee place room 405 in 2001 but after an year of delays to issue titles and being shown the plot i was left the owner of mere certificates printed on riverroad. These plots were daily advertised through kameme FM that was used as the mouth piece for the Kitengela Urban Development. The owner got ill died and his office locked for none payment of rent. Who knows where is or are the new proprietors of the company?d'oh! d'oh! d'oh!

To minimise risks buy land with genuine titles. Expensive but right. Thats what ave been doing. Ave ignored" sweet land deals" especially on subdivisions.

Does anyone know how far these plots are from the KIM ones in Katani/Utawala? I would like to know the price of the KIM plots in this area. Thank you

@ Chaka Maisha Bora is located opposite the main- gate to Unilever, industrial area.
