It seems victory is coming sooner than expected, to the envy of the West esp USA and UK.

Currently KDF and SNA are planning a forward march to Kismayo using aerial cover and massive ground force besides pockets of highly well trained units drawn from the elite commando Ranger unit of the KDF.
Kismayo Falling

Intelligence from Kismayo informs of a shaky situation with Al-Shabaab troops leaving strategic positions in battle wagons and their technical’s. KDF has moved within range of Kismayo, about 75-50 kilometers.

Analysis shows Kismayo is falling even before KDF launches a naval, land and air assault on the militants offensive positions. There has been a series of events that confirm a sense of defeat by the militants.

Everyone wants a piece of her (Kismayu) said our Major General. ... the KDF is headed there and the Ethiopians too.

Lets pray there will be no mistakes due to the rush there.

Whoever takes Kismayu is the millitary might.

Not so fast...

"Intelligence analysis reports on Kismayu show how Al-Shabaab has fortified Kismayu. They have dug trenches, created tunnels in streets likely to be used by tanks and armed personnel carriers, mounted air defenses on strategic posts mostly in the central area of the port town. More defenses are placed in populated areas including schools and hospitals."

Kenya has a great advantage in this one because of the navy. Uganda and Ethiopia will be unable to follow the militia into the sea.

BBI will solve it

With the leadership of Shaabab on the run and others killed, the fall of Kismayo is now almost done. KDF set to deliver the port city within the next few days. The expected resistance not yet seen and its likely Kismayo might fall without a fight.

Good to hear they got 3 of our heroes back. We should be proud of our mboys fighting against these terrorists.

Very sad to see that the terrorists are evil enough to display pics of our soldiers. If those pics are true, we should make these soldiers our heroes and create a heroes corner for them. We cannot repay them for laying down their lives for us to live peacefully.

I'm hoping the anti-muslim brigade here can see that Kenyans muslims, christians, hindu are willing to lay down their lives for them.

God bless our heroes.

What exactly do you mean by that? you need to do a study on the roles of a Country's military before posting such statements.
