Interested in a residential plot to construct a permanent shelter in a good place. Not very far away from city, secure, accessible, probably an 1/8th but affordable. Budget 1M. Any property agents/managers to give me directions. Thanks

There is a scheme you could buy into in Syikimau. Its a five acre plot with proposed sub divisions so you can buy whatever size depending on ability and suitability. A quarter acre is about kshs 1 million. If interested, please pass me your email address for more details...

I have 1/4 acre in Syokimau next to Kalembe ndile, asking for 1m,if interested, talk to me on luttah@yahoo.com. Btw,there are prime 1/2 acre plots in Garden estate with controlled development but going for close to 4m. You can also try Ongata Rongai on your way to Nazarene university (not far from Muthaura's home),1/2acre going for 2m or there about, same to Kahawa sukari. Got many choices man

Bought one between Komarock and Umoja 2. The place is called Nasra Gardens. It's controlled development for a 4 bedroom mansionnette. Electricity already on site.

Would you like Ruiru,5km from the Thika Highway and 2km from the Bypass? Plenty, ranging from 130-200k,size 100x100,yaani,quarter acre, have one myself,

Alternatively,if you don’t mind Kamulu,a buddy of mine is selling an eighth at 150k,2km from the Kangundo Rd

if interested,send me an email

Hi,

Nice links. Ali will get in touch with you.

Anyone with good and reliable contacts for agents / people who sell plots on 6 months installments?

Sawaz

For the Ruiru Plots,my Bro In Law knows the owners of the plots since he is mwenyeji there so there are no agents.
