This phenomenon is quite common in wazua. Some wazuan are too busy doing SWOT analysis for different companies, studying charts (referred to by some as cartoons - he he he), re-balancing their portfolios, being murdered by the bear, missing buses etc, that they wouldn't get a joke if it hit them in the face!

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
