option 3....

in the next three years..

or after the by-pass.... and the current economic slump...

it will double.....

the other options are overpriced....

buy one you can over price yourself...

its called speculation at the best..

@ Aftermath, the option of developing your place is for those with some land anywhere. SO for the landless Kenyans the only option is to acquire a piece regardless of the cost ( if one can afford)

In a few years there will be no land remaining anywhere,i wonder what will happen then

@ tamtam..who told you that land is going to get finished?...this is the kind of thinking perpetrated by the land agents

There is too much land ...open ur eyes and start thinking abundance

Well,I don't know what you need such land for but if it is for property development, soil type is usually a secondary factor. Location, availability and affordability rank higher.

my prefered areas are between kiambu to thika.

preferred sizes should be a minimum of 100*100 but i can take two 50*100's if available.

should have titles or lease

near a tarmac and fully serviced i.e elec, water etc.

in a secure area with social amenities nearby i.e schools, hospitals etc.

controlled development,residential.
