With the forceful way in which Baks is appointing commissioners and the Kilokumi's of this world...it begs the question of his commitment to getting a new constitution....It is like they realized after passing the new constitution, they had goofed, and now the many amendments...he is sitting back watching parties violate the political parties act!!! if you bothered to check which party you were registered in, you may find yourself in the UDF/POA/PICK group...how did this happen? at least RAO and ODM are talking about it..now you can only imagine if RAO was the president

I believe @kiash is asking us what RAO has done since 2008 when he became PM. Let me push it back a bit to 2003 when 'they' started governing Kenya. His legacy:

1.Demolitions to pave way for construction of by-passes.
2.Shooting down Kilifi draft in 2005.
3.Leading a political machinery aimed at ethnic hatred.
4.Corruption
5.Nepotism
6.Leading Mau forest campaign and evicting illegal settlers.
7.At the thick of 2007 violence, being the man who could stop it if he wanted to, keeping quiet and enjoying it until the violence touched his community.
8.Visible leadership-always talking about issues, first to get to site of terror attacks etc, good with crowds!This is what most Kenyans want BTW.
9.Political entertainer. Kitendawili....Farasi ni wangapii..Hao wengine ni ninii...
10.Populist-Wants public approval and will sometimes flip flop just to please them.
