Hello family!
I bought some arthritis natural medicine online and the parcel is in Nairobi already. The post office people indicated that i have to pay some duty, does anyone know how much duty is charged on supplements? i thought they were medicine and thus would be free! It cost USD. 37.

for greater amounts $200 + i normally pay idf, import, excise, vat, kebs. alternatively get a prescription/medical records to support your claim that they are for healing or a letter from pharmacy & poisons to show they aid in recovery
