Pia mimi nauza, in the same general area as nafuu, 2 plots adjacent each 50x70, 2nd row from the bypass and 2nd row from the 60m road to thika, asking 2M each. Well developed area with rental houses already coming up. email tomboy20(at)rocketmail(dot)com. Serious buyers only tafadhalini.

@AM, If you know the area well, just after the entrance of itrade,(Mitikenda)and before "the Rock pub" there is a 60-metre bypass which goes all the way to thika through murera and juja farm.

@wanyina n marty, b4 subdivions this shambas were an acre n a quarter each, based on that its like the 5th shamba

This plot is near itrade for those who know the place.

@nafuu, if it is the 5th shamba, then it must be around 250m off the by-pass coz those 1.25 acre pieces are usually 50m wide and 100m long.

Nafuu. Thanks. I have learnt about the bypass now. I know the road but did not have an idea it goes through upto thika past murera. Do you know when they plan to tarmac?
