nobody believed the appeal would go thru .. seems ICC was looking for a full trial all the time ..

well, I sympathise with the Ocampo 4 but I hold on to the opinion that there can be no escape from standing/seating on the docks for this particular case.

The way I see it, ICC cannot afford to set precedent on such technicalities. So for me, this was expected! Note the decision was unanimous...

Just my thots.

This is one issue in which I fully agree with @mcreggae. The Mudavadis of this world are the happy lot when Uhuruto are fixed by ICC. If I was in Railas shoes, I would pray these guys are released so that they fight among themselves.
