Anyone with a general idea on average land values in the above suburbs?

@kyt..thats why buildings are done high rise. The same acre houses 100 houses bringing the cost of land to kes 700k per each

gigiri land is about 40 to 50m per acre. Return is achievable. If a 70m acre land with 100 houses brings land value to 700k, the houses are sold for 10 m each..see the margins? ..huge..
