Where in Utawala will you get a plot at 600K. I know the place really well and I think that to get one anywhere near the shopping center, you will need 1.8+.

Unless you define "near".

I concur with AM, as a land owner at the kimson scheme, the price of 600K near the shopping center is currently way below the market value. Kindly see this link where i was selling some of the plots sometime last year. http://www.wazua.co.ke/f...spx?g=posts&t=16296
Asking price before the new tarmac road was ksh 1.5 Million for a 80x40 plot.
