Stocksmaster is my mentor and i watch his moves keenly.

I remember during the discussions here, for and against KK on its battles with KPRL and KPC you sounded like you could easily have injected some lethal vaccine to KK defenders.

Instead of vomiting ujinga go to the archive and fish out the specific thread to support your allegation.

Lol..you took the lethal vaccine term too seriously, you did accuse Segman of being high handed for confronting the problems in the industry at the highest level.
And how much do insults add to your plate?

Segman is a tough man and that is what you need for a CEO in the OIL industry. Although i never used such words, then i had conflicting interests. Now i am a KeKe shareholder so its natural that interests have also changed.

Is the company repurchasing stock in the open market? When companies buy back their stock, it's usually a good sign that management feels the stock is undervalued.

Share repurchase programs are usually a good sign that better times may lie ahead. Just ask yourself, would you rather buy a company that is repurchasing its stock near its 52-week low, or one that refuses to buy back shares in spite of having the cash to do so?

No one is saying it is listed..... the advise implies when it gets listed where it might be listed and what you might pay..

If you look at this brochure from the parent company Trafigura Holdings http://www.trafigura.com...2011_060112_spreads.pdf
you will realise that these people are not only interested in the oil business but are are also looking at the massive coal deposits at Mui Basin in Kitui County. What is even more interesting is why a company with a turnover of USD 122Bn as at 2011 is still private.

What would happen if the minority shareholders which comprise 30% of listed shares are defiant. The defiance may be due to half-truths that (my man) J.I.Segman spread by promising bringing on board a strategic investor. A strategic investor acquires a stake does not take everything when a company is on exponential phase of growth.
