Here are the links. For those who are serious. This place is 27kms from CBD. Bamburi Cement Arthi is 32km and Ostrich farm Kite is 42km from CBD. Do your research. Rimpa is 25km+.

@customer. Thats why I said i needed serious guys. The fourth guy paid part legal fees and but didnt have the money.

Donot wait for the bypass to be done. Am sure u know what the prices on the ruiru ruai aka eastern bypass are now.

Compare the price with HFCK website. They are selling an 1/8 for 450,000.00 same place.
