Once delisted how easy or hard will it be to sell private KK shares if one chooses not to take the offer? where will one present his sell offer?

lol. your attachment to kk shares is beyond normal ! just sell and move on .

If I had it, I would stay put for 10 years at least, given the choice. That's when the eggs will be golden.

The opportunity loss is obvious but at least (s)he made 30% thats what counts.....
