Soon, the old man will leave the reigns of power. A few years later we'll look at his tenure objectively. I may not be anywhere near the Kitchen cabinet but at least I spotted some opportunities arising out of infrastructural developments that MK concentrated on, by the way anyone could have taken such opportunities.
Assuming the one who forms the next govt decides to develop the infrastructure deep inside the Rift Valley or some place in Western, I'll not complain, I'll just position myself there and gain too. Either way, my mindset is on gaining from wherever, whether in Western Kenya, Central or Coast. After all, MK does not know me personally whether I come from his village or not. Neither will the next president know me personally or give me handouts.
When I admire the wonder of a sunset or the beauty
of the moon, my soul expands in worship of the Creator.
