muigai commercial agencies are honest and clean. i have dealt with them

i also bought land from muigai agencies in athi river back in 2008.from my contacts then i was made to understand its an honest company.on the flipside the procedure to process has not begun yet..4yrs later!

Bought a plot with Muigai back in 2008 in Thika and have never got the title. Been calling now n then but they say they r still process. But am not worried i believe they will process it one day. But i think they are credible.

Have bought from Guton but they are yet to start title process for the particular subdivision. I have word though that they are honest.

I have also severally seen them ask people to go collect their titles, on their plot adverts - including today's nation page 11 so I have no doubts on them. At least not now smile

after the death of sk muigai the founder it has really detororiated. last year there were massive repossessions even for small outstanding amounts. but I would still choose mca over guton
I may be wrong..but then I could be right

Guton advertised for plots in yesterday's Nation with plots in Narok going for 92k,Kitale 460k.I wonder if it is a good deal.
