JOK is now asking other candidates to declare their wealth. If this man was a bit organised and included enough like minded people in his team, he surely would leave the electorate very confused.

Today I saw Ole Kiyapi on citizen and I've reconsidered.

I still think that he being in gov't for so long has him tainted. But that is just a thought. I have no evidence for or against.

What I liked is the fact that he was willing to answer his accusers. He's confident enough to explain his failures and the system failures.

I like him. I may never vote for him but given all the other jokers who've "declared" interest, Ole Kiyapi is my choice.

By the way, where do we send him 50 bob to campaign coz I think he needs to do a better job campaigning.

@Alma I saw him and if it was not that I have already settled on Martha Karua...I wuld have given him My vote.

One thing though he seems to be full of excuses...full of I did this But...so and so did that...at one time he tried to wiggle out of the Education ministry scandal by claiming we have more than 7,000 sec schools and its impossible to monitor them...as if we didnt know that.

the excuse part was getting to me too. That is why I did not say I'd definately vote for him.

The thing is let us get guys like him talking more to the media rather than the usual Raila is this, Uhuru is that crowd.

Probably with better questioners and more questions, we'd be able to get to the bottom of his role in those scandals etc. He might even have to spill the beans if put in a corner.

It was just a refreshing discussion. Even though I may never agree with him on most issues, it was a huge step towards getting leaders who are answerable.

My motto is No Raila, No Uhuru, No Ruto, No Mudavadi and there will be PEACE.

Initially, I thought he was ok, but after listening to the interview, with his confusion all over the place, I may just change my mind.

TBH i was not impressed, he talks too fast, he seems to not have thought through most of his answers and basically has no firm stand on anything, he also feels he is above blame for the rubbish that is the Ministry of Education where he was effectively the Head.

His campaign feels anaemic and ill prepared. I think he is just the normal generally confused academic.
