Is Suraya growing too fast?

Last week Suraya properties launched a new project on Mombasa road called Sucasa. It is designed to be a started home for first time buyers and priced accordingly and it has created quite a buzz. The info I have got is these guys have so many projects that are incomplete: lone view on Mombasa road, Fourways on kiambu road, tiara in Karen and spring valley business park. So I have to wonder how they can be starting yet another project while others are way behind schedule. Does anyone know what's going on, have they sorted out their court cases?

Still some unresolved issues regarding the fourway junction project. Check todays Nation. Joint ventures can get really tricky especially when one partly feels like they are holding the short end of the stick.

Fourways Phase 1 seems to be complete and some home owners have moved in. Infact they have now embarked on phase 2. See their progress report here:
