Have you thought of building your dream home in a secure residential community where the .................for children to play and make friends?
Low picket fences, well manicured lawns, surround providing unobstructed views to Mt Kilimambogo and on a clear day to Mt Kenya giving you that sweet natural feeling of life? A controlled development plan ensures the built environment remains pleasing through time. Get to buy this plot been sold at Thika greens at a low price of Kshs 2 000 000 and you will end up enjoying all this.

@Harmar: Has anything actually been built at Thika Greens yet? Have seen prices rise from 900k to 2M over the past year or so, but yet to hear of a single person who has actually moved there / built there. Please enlighten me if I am wrong. Some pics would help smile

@jmbada
There exists completed houses inside Phase 1 compound while others are coming up. Some of the houses are already occupied. Come on guys, let us be fair to them. I do not agree with those indicating that the prices are overly exaggerated as some people want us to believe in comparison to other plots along Thika road.

The only bit that I find odd is the fact that you have to build within some period else the plot will be reposessed. The House designs available also appear expesive and many may not afford to construct as per the available designs.

It is a willing seller willing buyer market.

Please note

Some milking hear guys!

I don understand how this prices shoot up!
I try to evaluate this project and it does not add up,lets not assume the minute things here.

Lets assume you purchase a plot and start building, complete in may be 6 months or so.
A neighbor starts to build his after you,i believe his building workers will be your potential gangs to your premises.....in short security is an issue here.... Shame on you

@ECHO,
Every building will always have a neighbour. Does it always follow that when the neighbour is developing there is increased crime rate? and even if that was the case how is this problem unique to Thika greens?
