And the Daily Nation Today Reports That ...

http://www.nation.co.ke/.../-/ytas91z/-/index.html

Quote:
For instance, it shows that last year, 1,601,184 more people were served with safe drinking water around the country by the eight water services boards. But in areas served by the Ewaso-Ngiro North Water Services Board, there is no indication of how many more got on the pipeline or got access to safe boreholes.

The board serves the North Eastern region.

Where on earth is this borad found in this beautiful East African Republic of Kenya!?

The only water service boards under the Ministry of Water and Irrigation (Charity Ngilu's) are:

i. Athi Water Services Board - in Nairobi,
ii. Tana Water Services Board - in Nyeri,
iii. Northern Water Services Board - in Garissa,
iv. Rift Valley Water Services Board - in Nakuru,
v. Lake Victoria North Water Services Board - in Eldoret,
vi. Lake Victoria South Water Services Board - in Kisumu,
vii. Coast Water Services Board - in Mombasa,
viii. Tanathi (Ngilu) Water Services Board - in Kitui.

The Regional Development Authorities under the Ministry of Regional Development (Fred Gumo's) are;

i. Ewaso Ng'iro North Development Authority - In Isiolo,
ii. Ewaso Ng'iro South Development Authority - In Narok,
iii. Kerio Valley Development Authority - In Eldoret,
iv. Lake Basin Development Authority - In Kisumu,
v. Coast Development Authority - In Mombasa,
vi. Tana and Athi Rivers Development Authority - In Nairobi

NTV sports anchor this morning!

After mesmerizing how Barsa beat Milan, he ended his statement by saying "...this was vintage Arsenal.."
How is Arsenal talk related to the game?

He was still right. Revenue was not 17B but 107B. We are still dealing with the same press here. How can you have 17B revenue but 12B profits?

"Through a government programme, he got a scholarship for his undergraduate degree."

What is an UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE? Once you have a degree, you are no longer an undergraduate! Perhaps the writer meant undergraduate STUDIES
