That has been good insight and defence for KQ!! Naikuni should read the thread and see what his customers think......

However,i totally disagree with SureAlligitor when he says that Engineers do not make good Managers... that is very untrue. Engineers who eye management positions make very good managers!!

Some deals are like glass. Sometimes it's better to leave them broken than try to hurt yourself putting it back together.

Hi Guys, this Myks guy is one and the same Naikuni,i have serious doubt with your management abilities and my fears have been confirmed today where KQ was ranked with only one star. even Ethiopian beat KQ. Please listen to what people are telling you and you might be able to improve or else KQ is headed to the dust bin. Worst argument i ever heard KQ's Partnership with KLM. Remember Swiss air Parnership with Sebena. When Sebena went under it almost dragged Swiss air with it.

@Wote...

I have a different view on your comments...

1. SA and ET have maintained their positions (KQ has not lost)
2. SA profits are KSH 861M: KQ profits stand at KSH 3.9B! (double/tripple?? )
3. KQ lost a plane in an accident.. SA and ET have enjoyed the gap
4. KQ is expanding into the region.. SA /ET still sitting at their comfort zones

KQ replaces aircraft lost in Cameroon jungle:: Now give them another 6months!!

This discussion has mutated into several fronts...

Its amazing how we are masters of eveything...

We seem to know eveything about eveything and eveyone...

We are a country of know it alls...

Its my suggestion that before we post personal opinions we need to warn the other users of that intention...

Anyone who begins a post 'he said' or 'she said' isn't worth a second thought...

We should have asked those with info whether or not. Kenair is worth its present value at the bourse???

@cindano. Is it worth the current price? No coz it is undervalued. It is cd,there are those who bought it at 130 and thought it was a great deal. Dreamliners on the way,Embraers on the apron, now doing daily flights to China Dubai Lagos Kigali etc with very good load factors,no serious competition in Africa, new COO....Factor in the just ended tourism promotion (those folk must fly into the country) and you have one hell of an undervalued stock.

Asante

It was a worry when their service took a down trend...

And with a worried looking CEO...

The public eye noticed something amiss...

This was confirmed with the confidence shown in its stock...

With such news its my hope that a vigorous PR exercise is afoot to dispell such misconceptions and discontentment...
