This man used to head the Nairobi City Commission years back during the 80's when Moi had disbanded the Nairobi City Council and put the commission in its place.

I thought so too, or that other MP from Mumias. If they don't get something this time round, one or both of the will be defecting to MM's house. But it's likely Jakom is thinking something for them and especially Ababu his staunch supporter smile
