So the suspension today was to protect against speculation...does it mean the 10% limit is on tomorrow?....http://www.capitalfm.co.ke/business/2012/05/top-kenolkobil-shareholder-to-offload-stocks/

A takeover may mean cessation of trading to allow the transaction to proceed without the price going off quilter.

However, takeover of an underpriced but well performing business would normally be very beneficial to shareholders because the buyer may not want to spend time haggling over and justifying sizeable premiums as long as the price is within market range. In this case Kenol is a well performing business and therefore Puma would want to wrap up the transaction at the earliest. I wouldn't be surprised if Puma paid between 21 - 24 / share!
