@madammary..i have dealt with them.

Its owned by a lady called Eunice-she has exceptional talent in marketing & sales.

I used them to sell one of my housing projects in Syokimau.

They are clean.

@wilyum..its a good deal. With time, this area will open up and land value will be higher. I have dealt with Deus before ..very honest people.

@wilyum..to ascertain the exact value..i would have to see the physical land and the distance from the land to existing tarmac and future bypass.

@madammary I would still do my due diligence. The fact that@a4architect dealt with them on a clean parcel does mean this parcel is clean. Fanya search, Tumia lawyer etc
