The CEO and Co. should be sent home pending investigation into how two servive providers received 42% of the sh. 1.2Bn capitation funds yet their capacity had not been evaluated. Prof Muga acted unilaterily without the full agreement/consensus with the board. Action? Suspend the whole board.

Nevertheless, Nyongo (Prof.) has not been proactive (but I may be wrong) in resolving amicably the issues affecting his ministry.... NHIF stalemate, Doctors' strike, poor health facilities, nurses' strike, etc. Solution?

More drama, are we going to get a refund of the amount that was deducted based on the new rates?

While at it please tell us who are the genuine reformists and also those who preach water and drink the same.

This matter doesnt sound so clean!

Seemingly, there are some vested interests that Prof Nyong'o has been protecting in the affair.

The assistant Minister in the Ministry complicates matters for the Prof.

KPA does not intend to surcharge us any levy.

True but then the rot at NHIF should be addressed in the right way apana siasa ya ODM na PNU, so after watching the drama jana, whose side are you on???

Kibaki's appointee Prof. Muga who unilaterally sacked the CEO and wanted to appoint his purpoted tribesman so that his clinic could also enjoy the loot

or

ODM's appointee Prof. Nyongo who stepped in to suspend his tribesman who was taking matters out of hand???

That is useless.....all we want is that CEO to step aside to allow investigations. The fact that Nyong'o is supporting impunity is telling enough

@McReggea you are becoming increasingly hawkish of late. One can understand your party affiliations but don't you find Nyong'o a tad too much kisungu and too little sense? Never defend an erring politician even if it was your son.
