Let me give you a preview.

In the documentary, a couple of volunteers who helped pull people out of the 911 WTC rubble developed lung problems as a result. The Goverment would not touch them claiming they were not their responsibility i.e they acted on their own behalf yet they had been paraded all over and hailed as 'heroes of 911'.

So you want to tell me that a medical insurer can decide what not to pay?
How will they know because the purpose of the tests is to eliminate and you cannot say you won't pay for what did not turn positive?

The insurer will refuse to pay exaggerated claims - most insurers have qualified case managers who are nurses/medical personnel thus it would be easy to smoke 'em out.

Hospitals & medical insurers have a standard rating guide used for all medical conditions. For private practitioners, rates are usually negotiated beforehand.

In essence,they will pay for the tests and stick to the rating guide for exaggerated claims.
