hallo wazuans,
i would like to buy a plot 40*60 in juja kalimoni and daraca 7 km from thika super highway. can someone please tell me the price range whether there is any controversy about nyakinyuas n joskas in these land deals.

Why would u buy 40*60 plot whose title you won't get. Take note that the smallest plot for which you can get a new title those sides is 40*80, unless the 40*60 title already exists.

many thanks for that observation, but i have been on the ground n those are the measurements esp kalimoni altho daraca ones seems to be 40*80,now does it mean the relevant authorities are not aware of these? kindly also shade some light on the nyakinyua land issue on this as well as joska bros is u have any idea or history.
your contribution appreciated...

well, i only came to know of them here on wazua that they re-allocate plots in juja after the demise of their father.
